- You don’t need an account, and there are no sign-up forms.
- We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
- Our free tools run entirely in your browser. What you type into them is never sent to us.
- Like every website, our hosting provider handles basic technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site.
- If you email us, we use your message only to reply and act on it.
1. Who we are
AI News For All (ainewsforall.com) is run from India by Tejanshu Jaluthariya, its founder and editor. For the purposes of data protection law, Tejanshu Jaluthariya is the “controller” responsible for personal information processed through this site.
Contact for anything in this policy: [email protected].
2. What we collect
Technical data, collected automatically
When your browser requests a page, our hosting and security provider receives standard technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the page address you requested (including any search words in that address), the referring page and the time. This is used to deliver pages, keep the site secure and stop abuse. We don’t use it to identify you.
Images, author photos and videos
Article images are loaded from our content system at cms.ainewsforall.com, so that server also receives the technical data above. Author photos may load from Gravatar, a service run by Automattic, which receives your IP address when the image loads. Embedded YouTube videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube may set cookies once you press play.
Messages you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and your message. We use it to reply, to correct mistakes you report and to look into tips.
3. Cookies and your device
We don’t set cookies. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
One small setting is saved in your own browser, never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings: theme (local storage), which remembers whether you chose light or dark mode.
4. Free tools and search
The Scam Message Checker, Privacy Cleaner and AI Privacy Score run entirely in your browser. The text you paste and the answers you give are not uploaded, stored or seen by us, and they disappear when you leave the page.
Site search also runs in your browser, using a list of our pages. Your search words appear in the page address, so like any page address they may appear in hosting logs.
5. What we never do
- We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising.
- We don’t build profiles of readers.
- We don’t ask for sensitive information, and you don’t need to give us any to use the site.
6. Legal bases (EU, EEA and UK readers)
- Legitimate interests: delivering and securing the site, and replying to messages you send us.
- Legal obligation: where the law requires us to keep or disclose information.
7. Who processes data for us
We only use providers we need to run the site, and only for that purpose:
- Cloudflare: hosting, content delivery and security.
- Our web host: runs the content system that stores articles and images.
- Gravatar (Automattic): author photos.
- Google / YouTube: only when you play an embedded video.
- Our email provider: receives and stores the emails you send us.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the site and its readers from fraud or abuse.
8. International transfers
Some of these providers process data in other countries, including the United States. Where data protection law requires it, they rely on recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. How long we keep data
- Hosting and security logs: kept by the provider for a short period, then deleted.
- Emails: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless we need them longer to keep a record of a correction.
- Browser settings: until you clear them.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy,
- correct it, or delete it,
- stop or limit how we use it, or object to it,
- withdraw consent you have given, at any time.
EU, EEA and UK: you also have the right to data portability and to complain to your local data protection authority.
United States: residents of California (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA) and of other states with consumer privacy laws, such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Texas, have the right to know, access, correct and delete personal information, and to opt out of its sale, sharing for targeted advertising or profiling. We don’t sell or share personal information, or use it for targeted advertising or profiling, and we will never treat you differently for using your rights.
India: under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask for information about your data, its correction and erasure, raise a grievance with us, and nominate someone to exercise your rights.
To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm it is really you. We reply within one month.
11. Grievance officer (India)
AI News For All is run from India. In line with India’s Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can raise a complaint with our grievance officer:
Tejanshu Jaluthariya, Grievance Officer
Email: [email protected] (subject line “Grievance”)
We acknowledge complaints promptly and decide on them within 15 days.
12. Children
This site is for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
13. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS with strict security headers, has no logins or forms that could leak data, and collects as little as possible in the first place.
14. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so clearly on this page.
